An aromatic and flavourful herb that doesn’t just taste good but is also well-known for its medicinal values. Add a pinch of these seeds into your cooking to receive a healthy dose of vitamin C, potassium, manganese, iron, folate and fiber.
How can Fennel Seed help?
Directions: To make a tea, lightly crush 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds with the back of a tablespoon. Mix the powder with 1 cup of boiling water and add honey for sweetness. Sip and say ‘Ahhh…’.
Serving suggestion: Grind up fennel seeds for a zingy addition to curries and pork dishes, or just snack on them raw.
